Remove and Install

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and assembly instructions to understand the assembly process.

- Gather all required machine parts and components for the assembly process.

- Assemble machine parts following established procedures and safety guidelines.

- Ensure proper alignment and fit of components during the assembly process

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Follow technical manuals, assembly instructions, and safety protocols to ensure proper removal procedures.

- Inspect removed components for wear, damages, or signs of failure and document findings.

- Install new or refurbished components with meticulous attention to detail and alignment.

- Tighten fasteners and connections to specified torque values using appropriate tools.

Overhauling

DESCRIPTION: 

- Disassemble machine components and parts, including engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, and electrical components, following established procedures.

- Inspect and assess the condition of components to identify wear, damages, and potential issues.

- Clean and prepare components for repair or refurbishment.Repair or replace worn or damaged parts using appropriate tools and techniques.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Test all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.

- Ensure that all required accessories, attachments, and documentation are included and ready for customer use.

- Perform final checks and adjustments to ensure the equipment is operating at its peak performance.

Resealing

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Remove and disassemble components requiring resealing, such as hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, and engines.

- Replace seals, gaskets, and O-rings using appropriate tools and techniques to prevent leaks and ensure proper sealing.

- Assemble components according to technical manuals, diagrams, and engineering specifications.

Preventive Maintenance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance activities on heavy equipment, including but not limited to inspections, lubrication, filter replacement, and adjustments.

- Follow maintenance checklists and guidelines to ensure thorough and consistent inspections.

- Perform necessary maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal working condition.

DESCRIPTION: 

- Perform oil analysis using specialized testing equipment and techniques to assess oil quality, contamination, and wear particles.

- Interpret oil analysis data and identify potential issues such as component wear, contamination, and lubricant degradation.

- Provide timely and accurate oil analysis reports to maintenance and management teams.

Service Contracts

Contract 1 up to 5 years.

Uses iKOWA for the Judgement of Results introduced by KOMATSU Japan
Package: Wear Metal Analysis using ICP or AAS, Viscosity at 40 degrees, Flashpoint for Engine, and Water content.

Additional tests : Soot for engine, 100 degree C viscosity, physical and chemical property like Nitration oxidation, tan TBN.

Result Leadtime : 3 days after receipt of oil sample

- Extended protection of Machine upto 1 Year or 2,000 hours whichever comes first.

- Supply of Parts, Labor & Materials to perform Preventive Maintenance and Inspection every 500 hours service meter reading, Testing, Troubleshooting & Adjustment, Remove and Install of parts and component.

- Automatic Scheduling.

- One time processing of payment (Advance for One Year).

- Contract Will initiate upon the termination of original Worry Free Package

Preventive Maintenance of Machine upto 1 Year or 2,000 hours whichever comes first.

Supply of Parts, Labor and Materials to perform Preventive Maintenance and Inspection every 500 hours service meter reading.

Automatic Scheduling.

One time processing of payment (Advance for One Year).

Unused PMS Parts will turn-over after the Contract.

Service Contract upto 2 years

Supply of Labor to perform Preventive Maintenance and Inspection every 500 hours service meter reading, Testing, Troubleshooting & Adjustment, Remove & Install of parts and component.

Automatic Scheduling with on-site mechanics

Applicable for 25 units and up in one site with SMR ≤ 15,000 hours

Payment Terms : Monthly

Parts not included and to be negotiated separately under different payment terms

Contract will initiate upon Contract Signing

Troubleshooting

DESCRIPTION: 

- Utilize diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

- Interpret error codes, technical manuals, and diagrams to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems.

- Make necessary adjustments to components, systems, and controls to address identified issues.
